The hotel was peaceful and immaculately clean in a pretty comfortable area. We got a room with bidet. The breakfast was delicious and perfect with lots of meals to choose from.

I was offered a room with gorgeous views of the sea. The staff was incredible and pleasant, the breakfast offered was perfect with a huge variety of food. The hotel had a marvellous location, walk from a ferry port.

The rooms are fairly quiet and generally offer central heating, an individual safe, and an LCD TV. The setting is awesome and favourable, right by common areas and many recommended restaurants in Monterosso and the beach and the main town with plenty of restaurants along the way.

Quirky hotel with perfect breakfast and an excellent location in the Rome airport. Really lovely experience and extremely friendly and brilliantly friendly staff. Extremely pleasant and great-sized room with an excellent bathroom and central heating, an individual safe and an LCD TV. Location next to the beach, the train station, lovely restaurants and bars, and restaurants, shopping and the beach.

The location of the property was marvellous as we were near to the sea 100 meters, the beach and great food, and many recommended restaurants. Furthermore, easy to get to feom the station. Booked a room with lovely views of the mountain. Had all necessary amenities, central heating, an individual safe, and an LCD TV.

Hotel was quite conveniently located n easy to find given the Ciqueterre terrain if one does not mind walking quite a bit to the town centre n the train and boat stations. The hotel manageress was friendly n very helpful- recommended us two pretty good restaurants in Monterroso

It was old n quite tired looking. We booked 2 air conditioned rooms but were given un-airconed ones. Fortunately we were out all day and it was cool enough in the night although we had to sleep with our windows slightly open. Our room was also noisy- street noise (cars n people). "Sea view " by this hotel is merely thru a gap between the buildings in front of the hotel

Really kind staff and marvellous location just off the beach, restaurants and stores and the train station, the main pedestrian street, and a less than 10 minute walk from train station.

had a fantastic family holiday in monterosso al mare! 5 terre was even better than before - great location by the beach, friendly staff, and plenty of good restaurants nearby. loved the view from our window and the elevator after a day of exploring!

The staff at Hotel 5 Terre were incredibly kind and accommodating during our stay. We had to change our dates last minute and they made the process smooth and hassle-free. They went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and even provided us with beach towels and a sun umbrella. The location of the hotel was perfect, close to the beach, restaurants, and the train station. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide selection of delicious options. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful stay in Monterosso al Mare.

One half block from the beach, seaside shops and restaurants. On a small side street with not much traffic. There is an outside patio and parking nearby. Breakfast was standard fare.

Would have preferred a coffee pot in the room but seems not the way for most of Italy. We had a small problem with check in that was handled very professionaly by one of the staff (possible family) however another (possibly owner) seemed to have a problem with everything and everyone! He is proud of his fishing though!

Rooms are clean with AC, the most gorgeous view and air conditioning, food is excellent.
